The terms that govern your use of Digital7 products and services

By accessing or using any Digital7 Limited product, service, or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, customers, and enterprise clients.

Paid Services are billed as agreed in your subscription plan or enterprise agreement. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except as required by UAE consumer protection law. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after 7 days' notice.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and technology provided through our Services are owned by Digital7 Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all data you input into our Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Digital7 a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. We will not access, use, or disclose Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We target 99.9% uptime for our SaaS products. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Digital7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital7's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. Digital7 may immediately suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will provide 30 days to export your Customer Data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, or the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) courts where applicable.
